"When Peggy the pug puppy is left at the animal shelter just before Christmas, she is taken in by a foster family with a unicorn-loving little girl named Chloe. But the situation is just temporary-Chloe's family isn't ready for a new dog quite yet. And besides, Chloe wants a unicorn for Christmas, not a puppy... Believing that anything is possible, Peggy decides that she will somehow turn into a unicorn to make Chloe's Christmas-and hopefully make her temporary home her forever home in the process.
